Guillaume Duprat (* 1973 in Paris ) is a French author and illustrator of children's books.

Life

Guillaume Duprat graduated from the École Estienne in Paris with a diploma . He did his military service in the mid-1990s in a cultural center in Guinea-Bissau . This marked a turning point in his life. He was interested in African culture, collected notes and drew. He continued these ethnographic studies on trips to India , Mali , Japan and Southeast Asia .

He has published images in Geo , Ciel et Espace , Toc , Focus , Les Cahiers Science et Vie and Macrocosme magazines . He describes himself as "  chercheur indépendant en cosmologie  " (German: "independent researcher of cosmology ") or "cosmographer".
