Guillermo Fernández , full name Guillermo Federico Fernández Errasquin , (born June 2, 1986 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.82 meter tall defensive player Fernández was a member of the Rampla Juniors squad from 2007 to mid-2012 . In the 2007/08 season he completed two games (no goal) in the Primera División with the Montevideans . This was followed in the second half of 2012 by an engagement with the Argentine club 9 de Julio Rafaela . In early 2013, Fernández moved to Club Sportivo Cerrito . In the 2013/14 season he was used 16 times in the Segunda División . During the subsequent Apertura 2014, he played nine other second division games. He did not succeed in a competitive match during this period. In mid-January 2015, the Huracán Football Club signed him , for whom he played in the 2015 Clausura in a single second division match (no goal). At the beginning of September 2015 he returned to Cerrito, who is now in the Segunda División Amateur . After promotion at the end of the season, he was used nine times (no goal) in the second-highest Uruguayan division in the interim season of 2016.
