Location of Guinan County (pink) in the Hainan Autonomous District of the Tibetans (yellow) in Qinghai

The Guinan County ( Chinese 贵南县 , Pinyin Guìnán Xiàn ) belongs to the Hainan Autonomous District of the Tibetans in the Chinese province of Qinghai . In 1999 it had 63,542 inhabitants. Its main town is the large municipality of Mangqu (茫曲镇).
