Xinghai County (also Tsigorthang ; Tibetan རྩི་ གོར་ ཐང་ རྫོང ། Wylie tsi gor thang rdzong ; Chinese 兴 海 县 , Pinyin Xīnghǎi Xiàn ) belongs to the Hainan Autonomous District of the Tibetans in the Chinese province of Qinghai . Its main town is the large municipality of Zigortan (子 科 滩镇).
