Guinas [ ˈɡiːnəs ] is a constituency in the Oshikoto region in northeastern Namibia . The district surrounds the city of Tsumeb with an area of ​​10,149 km² and approx. 8,435 inhabitants and includes the entire southern part of the Oshikotos. The administrative seat is in Tsintsabis .

Within the district are, among others, the place Oshivelo as well as the Guinassee and the Otjikotoee .
