Gulou (Kaifeng)

The municipality of Gulou ( Chinese  鼓楼 区 , Pinyin Gǔlóu Qū ) belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture-level city of Kaifeng in the Chinese province of Henan . It has an area of ​​58.68 km² and has about 161,300 inhabitants (2005). It is the center and seat of the Kaifeng city government.
