The Klabat is the highest volcano on the Indonesian island of Sulawesi . It is located in the Sulawesi Utara province east of the city of Manado . A 170 by 250 meter shallow lake is located in its crater. No eruption is documented in historical times, but there are reports of fumarole activity .
