Gurbachan Singh Talib

Sardar Gurbachan Singh Talib (Punjabi: ਸਰਦਾਰ ਗੁਰਬਚਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਤਾਲਿਬ (Gurmukhi); * 1911 in Munak; † 1986 ) was an Indian Sikh scholar and writer.

He was a lecturer at the Sikh National College in Lahore.

At Banaras Hindu University he received the prestigious Guru Nanak Chair in Sikh Studies. In 1985 he received the Padma Bhushan Prize from the Government of India.
