Gustav Stollberg (born March 4, 1866 in Burg , † February 25, 1928 in Magdeburg ) was a German politician (SPD).

Stollberg was born the son of a master shoemaker. From 1872 to 1880 he attended the boys' community school in Burg. From 1880 to 1883 he was trained as a carpenter. From 1886 to 1888 he belonged to the infantry regiment "Prince Leopold von Anhalt-Dessau" (1st Magdeburg) No. 26 of the IV Army Corps, Province of Saxony. As a young man, he joined the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) in 1888 . In 1897 he opened a master carpenter's practice in Burg.

Stollberg participated in the establishment of the building cooperative Burg eGmbH. In April 1919 he was elected to the supervisory board of the same. From 1919 to 1928 he was city ​​councilor in Burg, at times also as city councilor chief.

From 1924 to 1927 Stollberg was a member of the Prussian state parliament . In December 1927, Stollberg entered the Reichstag as a replacement for his late party colleague Hermann Silberschmidt , to which he belonged as a representative of constituency 10 (Magdeburg) until his death in February 1928.
