Gwyn Prosser
Gwynfor Matthew Prosser (born April 27, 1943 in Swansea ) is a British politician . He is a member of the Labor Party and was first elected to the UK House of Commons for the Dover constituency in 1997 . He held the seat until 2010.
Prosser was in the 1987 City Council of Dover voted and was County Councilor (roughly equivalent to a county council ) in the County of Kent .
