Gynecotropia
The term Gynäkotropie ( synonym : G ynäkotropismus ) means that a medical error (for example in relation to a disability , chromosome specificity , disease or malformation preferred) the female sex is concerned. This means that the deviation occurs more frequently in girls and women and that the gender ratio is clearly unbalanced. The male equivalent of gynecotropia is androtropia .

- Anencephaly , holoprosencephaly ,
- Edwards syndrome (trisomy 18),
- Susac Syndrome , Pierre Robin Sequence ,
- Cri-du-chat syndrome , Rett syndrome (previously only observed in girls, as of 1993),
- Albright syndrome (McCune-Albright (Sternberg) disease),
- Acanthosis nigricans , Sneddon syndrome , Dermatosis papulosa nigra ,
- Bloch-Sulzberger syndrome , Stilling-Tuerk-Duane syndrome , lupus erythematosus (systemic),
- Antiphospholipid Syndrome (Hughes Syndrome), Dermatomyositis , Sjogren's Syndrome ,
- Hashimoto's thyroiditis and other autoimmune diseases .
