Härdlütli

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Härdlütli was the self-designation of Pier Hänni , Polo Hofer , Carlo Lischetti and Margrit Probst , who, on the initiative of Sergius Golowin, made list 9 for the Bern city council elections in 1971, posed naked on election posters and achieved cult status for it. The name Härdlütli (Erdleutchen) comes from a local Heinzelmännchen legend. The social worker Probst was - "in 1971 in the course of the new women's suffrage as a woman for the first time" - the only one of the four who was elected.
