These are two identically designed, two-storey, two-wing corner buildings with a corner entrance. A staircase tower protruding over the eaves stands above the entrance . House groups 12 to 20 still have the original house entrance. The houses have hipped roofs . The houses Grüngürtel 2 to 10 and 12 to 20 at the confluence with Meiringstraße form a rectangular space with the similarly designed assembly group at the confluence with Antoniusstraße.
The buildings are entered in the list of monuments of the city of Düren under No. 1/089 to 1/093 and 1/038 to 1/042.
