Group of houses on Rückertstrasse
The group of houses Rückertstrasse and Osterstrasse in Bremen , Neustadt district, Alte Neustadt district , was built between 1905 and 1907 according to plans by Friedrich Lüthke. This group of buildings has been a listed building in Bremen since 1979/1982 .
The Rückertstraße into north-south direction from Easter Road (wg. The eastern location of the road) over the Little Anne Street to the Great Johannisstraße, parallel to the Friedrich-Ebert-Straße . It was named after the poet and language scholar Friedrich Rückert (1788–1866).
history
The plastered, four-storey apartment and commercial buildings were built for a middle class at the turn of the century. The building contractor Friedrich Lüthke was the client, planner and executor. The Neudeutsche Bauzeitung No. 3 reported in 1907 on the five houses group on Osterstrasse in Bremen .

The group of buildings was largely preserved during the Second World War . The buildings were renovated several times and some were rebuilt and a. based on plans by Hugo Wagner and Heinz-Georg Rehberg .
Currently (2017) the buildings are used as residential and commercial buildings.
