Hotel de Vigny
The Hôtel de Vigny in Paris , the French capital, is a Hôtel particulier in the 3rd arrondissement . In 1928, the city palace at 10 rue du Parc-Royal was added to the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique .
The house was built after 1618 and rebuilt in the 18th century. It was probably built according to plans by the architect Jean Thiriot, who built almost the entire northern side of the street.
Particularly noteworthy is the painted ceiling of the first floor made of wood and stucco, which was created by Nicolas Loir and Jacques Gervaise in 1669/70, and the magnificent staircase with wrought iron railing.
