Cave climbing

The caving is used for locomotion in a cave . It is a very specialized type of climbing , which is reflected in the appropriate use of materials and technology compared to other types of climbing . Often cave climbing is connected to the purpose of cave exploration ( caveology ).

In cave exploration, climbing is a means to an end in order to reach parts of the cave that are otherwise inaccessible.
