HAT-P-4b

HAT-P-4b is an exoplanet that orbits the yellow dwarf HAT-P-4 every 3.057 days . Due to its high mass , it is assumed that it is a gas planet .

discovery

The planet was discovered by the HATNet Project using the transit method in 2007 .

Circulation and mass

The planet orbits its star at a distance of approx. 0.0446 astronomical units and has a mass of approx. 216.2 Earth masses or 0.68 Jupiter masses. Its radius is estimated to be 91,000 kilometers.
