HD 219828 b is an exoplanet that orbits the yellow subgiant HD 219828 every 3.834 days . Due to its high mass , it is assumed that it is a gas planet .

discovery

The planet was determined using the radial velocity method by C. Melo et al. discovered in 2007 .

Circulation and mass

The planet orbits its star at a distance of approx. 0.052 astronomical units and has a mass of approx. 20.98 Earth masses or 0.066 Jupiter masses.
