HD perfect , also Premiere HD perfect, is a service broadcast by the pay-TV provider Premiere on the subject of HDTV (High Definition Television). Since the end of May 2007, the program has been transmitted unencrypted, contrary to all other Premiere channels and programs. The program can always be seen on Sundays between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 p.m. on Premiere HD. In accordance with the program title, the program is transmitted and produced in the MPEG-4 / H.264 standard. In order to be able to fully utilize this standard, the use of an " HD ready " television set is essential. An HD-capable digital receiver is also required to receive the television signal. In addition to the television broadcasts, the program is also available as an Internet stream. Due to the large amount of data, however, it does not achieve HD quality.
