The HKS Siemianowiczanka is a hockey club from the Upper Silesian town of Siemianowice Śląskie in Poland, 6 km north of Katowice . The club was founded in 1945, but is in the tradition of the Hokers Club Siemianowice Śląskie, which has existed since 1922 . Roman Ziaja, Robert Koś, Stanisław Kot and others formed the first team. The games took place in what will later be the Pszczelnik Park.

On October 31, 1926, Siemianowice in Poznan was a founding member of the Polish Hockey Association, along with Warszawskie Towarzystwo Łyżwiarskie, Klub Łyżwiarski Poznań, KS Vita Posen, KS Lubawa, HC Siemianowice Śląskie, KS Cresovia Grodno and Junior High School Venecja Ostrów. The club took first place in the first national championship held in 1927 and was able to repeat this success three years later.

The club, which plays all in black, plays its home games in the hockey stadium with a covered grandstand directly southwest of the city center. For the 2018/19 season, the club qualified for the European Cup in field hockey for the first time and is hosting the EuroHockey Club Challenge .
