Two ships of the British Royal Navy were named HMS Wellesley , named after Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington , (with his different spellings).
- HMS Wellesley (1812) , a training ship , formerly HMS Cornwall that was renamed in 1868.
- HMS Wellesley (1815) , a third class ship of the line with 72 guns built by the British East India Company in Bombay . Sunk in 1940 by air raid.
