Haim Corsia
Haïm Korsia (born September 27, 1963 in Lyon ) is a French rabbi and the chief rabbi of France.
Haïm Korsia entered the Israelite Seminary of France ( Séminaire israélite de France - SIF) at the age of 15 . In 1987 he became rabbi of the city of Reims .
Corsia was elected Chief Rabbi of France for seven years on June 22, 2014. He was previously the chief Jewish chaplain of the French army, the École polytechnique and the Souvenir français . He is a former member of the National Consultative Committee on Ethics ( Comité consultatif national d'éthique ).
