Haas & Cie was a Swiss watch manufacturer whose brand is still marketed today by the South Korean watch company SWC.

The original company was founded in Geneva in 1848 on Quai du Mont-Blanc 5 by Léopold Haas (1827–1915) and Benjamin Haas (1828–1925) under the name Ancienne Manufacture des Montres Haas & Cie . In 1884 the name was changed to Haas Neveux & Cie , as new family members joined the company. At the same time, the original logo of BH & Co. was changed to a small running rabbit in an oval below the letters HNC. In 1896, Haas set a record with a ladies' watch with a 2 mm thin movement . In 1902, Haas won first prize for precision in the Observatoire de Geneve competition . In 1914 Haas was awarded the Grand Prix of the Swiss National Exhibition in Bern . In 1930 Haas was one of the first manufacturers to bring a square watch case onto the market. At that time, Haas was already represented internationally in Europe, the East and throughout America.

In 1991 the company, founded in 1987 under the original name Ancienne Manufacture des Montres Haas & Cie, offered another watch line under the brand name Haas & Cie . This company, based in Mont-sur-Rolle , went bankrupt.

The South Korean SWC Co. Ltd., formerly Samsung Watch Company, has been selling its products under the brand name "Haas & Cie" since 1997.
