Hadn wall

Hadn wall is the name of the listed remains of a late antique dam in the Gail valley ( list entry ). It stretches from Rattendorf to Jenig (both municipality of Hermagor ). Their function was possibly to protect Gurina and its surroundings from the east. Of the original 1.6 km, 336 m are still preserved. Crew rooms can be seen on the west side.
