In the northern urban expansion area, in a residential area exposed to urban development, between the New Water Tower and the Colorful Garden , the two-storey, raised plastered building with four axes stands on a rectangular floor plan . Highly developed basement with garage on the left and three rectangular window openings. Horizontal structure through base, sill, floor and eaves cornice .
Architectural accentuation of the otherwise unadorned house by means of a strictly formulated triangular gable in the middle . Uniformly tall rectangular windows in a rhythmic arrangement; The only thing that is designed differently as a three-part window opening is the one flanking the high house entrance (right) on the left. Restrained profiled plaster frames as window and door frames. In the gable field four smaller rectangular windows, each arranged in pairs. A moderately steeply inclined gable roof as a conclusion.
