The residential building at Hagelkreuzstrasse 30 is in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ) and was built in 1935. On December 6, 1994 the building was added to the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach under the number H 083 .

architecture

It is a two-storey plastered building on a rectangular floor plan as a double facade in a mirror-symmetrical arrangement and three different axes . Highly developed basement with garage installation on the left and a flanking rectangular window on the right. With asymmetrical facade structuring . Emphasis on the entrance axis through the balcony exit and a cube-shaped building section raised above the eaves .

The four windows on the two floors are uniformly transversely rectangular; the French window on the right axis ends in the same way. Further exposure of the entrance axis through semi-arched windows above the house entrance and through a round ox-eye above the balcony door. Two dormers break through the surface of the gable roof . The stucco ornamentation , reduced to a minimum, is limited to a restrained imitation cuboid in the basement and an architraved door frame in rustication.
