The Haibowan District ( Chinese 海勃湾区 , Pinyin Hǎibówān Qū ; Mongolian ᠬᠠᠶᠢᠷᠤᠪ ᠤᠨ ᠲᠣᠬᠣᠢ ᠲᠣᠭᠣᠷᠢᠭ Qayirub-un Toqoi toɣoriɣ ) is a municipality in the prefecture-level city of Wuhai in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ofthe People's Republic of China . It has an area of 529 km² and has a population of 200,000. Haibowan is divided into six street quarters and one large municipality.
