Haigang
Haigang ( 海港 区 , Hǎigǎng Qū ) is a Chinese municipality in the administrative area of the prefecture -level city of Qinhuangdao (秦皇岛 市) in Hebei Province . It has an area of 121 km² and has approx. 510,000 inhabitants (2003).
Administrative structure
At the community level, the city district is made up of seven street districts and five large communities.
