Hair Haarhandels GmbH is an Austrian company with headquarters in Graz , the professional real hair extensions and - compaction offers. The company supplies hairdressers in more than 50 countries with these hair products mainly in Europe and North America. Hairdreams and competitor Great Lengths are the two leading providers in this market.
History of the company
Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH was founded in 1994 by Gerhard and Edeltraud Ott in Graz. As the owner of a hairdressing salon, you already worked with hair extensions and hair thickening and patented your own bondings and hair extension methods such as the Dual Power System.
Hairdreams Haarhandels GmbH has been one of Austria's leading companies since 2012 . A year later, the company was awarded the Austrian national coat of arms .
Since the company was founded, the number of employees has risen to 140.
Products
Hairdreams offers various hair extension systems. With the classic incorporation system, the strands of hair are individually and manually attached to the strands of your own hair using thermal tweezers. The bond is softened by heat and thus surrounds your own hair.
In 2003, a purely machine incorporation method was introduced, with which several strands can be incorporated in one operation. The "Laserbeamer Nano" system has been used as the latest method for automated hair extension since 2013. In contrast to all the other methods, the bondings are not round, but flat.
Another method of hair extension are tape-in extensions, which are attached to your own hair as strips of hair using an adhesive bond without a device.
With the “Volume +” system, Hairdreams also offers various methods for hair thickening . A hair net is integrated into your own hair. The training takes place with the help of a bonding ring and, as with the classic hair extension system, with thermal tweezers.
Anti-hair loss therapy was introduced in 2015.
