Haizhou (Lianyungang)

Haizhou ( Chinese  海 州 区 , Pinyin Hǎizhōu Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture-level city of Lianyungang in the northeast of the Chinese province of Jiangsu . It has an area of ​​418 km² and has a population of around 490,000 (2014).

Administrative structure

In May 2014, the Xinpu District was dissolved and its area was added to Haizhou. Since then, the municipality has been made up of eleven street districts , five large municipalities and two municipalities .
