Halberstädter Strasse 117
The building at Halberstädter Strasse 117 is a listed residential building in the Magdeburg district of Sudenburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
It is located on the southeast side of Halberstädter Straße.
Architecture and history
The two-storey, plastered, simply designed building was built in the middle of the 19th century and is thus a remnant of the Sudenburg buildings from the time before the Wilhelminian era . Possibly it originally served as an inn or relaxation area . This is indicated by a gate passage on the right side of the seven-axis facade designed as a segmental arch. The house is considered important in terms of urban planning.
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 81980 .
