The building is located north of the historic Quedlinburg old town on a hillside above the city. It is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1908, as indicated by an inscription on building part 18c. The house has representative design elements such as columns and a suitably designed staircase. The fence and the front garden, which is reminiscent of a park, also take up this design.
There is a memorial with a figure in the front garden.
