The house Halberstädter Straße 12 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located north of the historic Quedlinburg old town on a hillside above the city. It is registered as a villa in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1904 in the style of historicism , with the facade being shaped by neo-renaissance shapes. Existing note are the building Nouveau - stained glass exhibit both figural motifs and ornaments. Above the side entrance door there is not only the year of construction but also a master builder's mark .
