Architecture and history
The three-storey plastered house was built around 1870/1880 in the neo-renaissance style . The simple facade is divided horizontally by means of profiled cornices. Particularly striking façade elements can be found with ornate brackets and segmental arches on the main floor on the first floor.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 81971 .
As part of the historical development on Halberstädter Strasse, the building is considered to be of significance in terms of urban development. The design is typical of the period between classicism and historicism, which emerged towards the end of the 19th century .
