Hallein Basin

The Hallein Basin is an alpine basin in the Tennengau in the Austrian state of Salzburg . It is a valley formation in the Hallein and Golling an der Salzach area .

Together with the Salzburg Basin to the north , it forms the Salzburg – Halleiner Basin , which is one of the most densely populated Rand Alpine basins.
