The Hallertau Volksbank eG was a German cooperative bank based in Pfaffenhofen ( Bavaria ) in the district of Pfaffenhofen. Its business area extended from Kösching in the north to Moosburg in the south and from Langquaid in the east to Hohenwart in the west and essentially coincided with the Hallertau . In 2018, the Hallertauer Volksbank was merged with the Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Bayern Mitte eG. Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Bayern Mitte eG has since been represented in Pfaffenhofen as Hallertauer Volksbank, a branch of Volksbank Raiffeisenbank Bayern Mitte eG .

history

Hallertauer Volksbank eG traced its beginnings back to Raiffeisenbank Rohrbach, which was founded in 1891. Today's cooperative bank was formed through mergers from a total of 40 roots. With the merger with Hallertauer Volksbank, which was independent until 2004 and headquartered in Mainburg, the receiving bank had taken on its name.
