Hello K3! is a Flemish sitcom that has been broadcast since 2010 and is aimed at the whole family. The humor used, the jokes and the story of some episodes can be classified more in youth than in children's television. In contrast to other K3 series or films, no new songs are marketed in the series. One tries to keep the format as realistic as possible. To introduce the topic, a film was made about the series, which was shown in advance on Belgian and Dutch television.

K3 are looking for a shared apartment in Antwerp. However, instead of renting an apartment with three rooms, Karen only rented one with two rooms. When K3 arrive at the apartment, they don't come across the advertised ultra-modern apartment in a top location with good furniture, but a smelly one with old furniture - at least the location fits. After the apartment has been nicely arranged, Josje first sleeps in Karen's room, then with Kristel. Due to their loud snoring, however, she cannot sleep and ultimately Josje looks for another apartment. She is lucky because the apartment next door is still free. K3 get to know their new neighbors: Bas, sexy, young and sporty, and Marcel, old, loud, and unsporting. Bas and Marcel thus form a polarity. The gang's favorite hangout is Rosie's cafe called Rozebottel. Rosie quickly makes contact with the young girls and closes them with her heart. The girls from K3 are all into Bas. In order not to endanger their friendship, they make a pact that they are not allowed to meet Bas alone. However, women are constantly trying to circumvent this pact.

Characters

Karen is the sloppy one in the series, she doesn't mind if the apartment is full of trash. She lives in a shared apartment with Kristel. She likes soap operas and has a crush on Bas, the pretty neighbor. She is friends with Rosie and also with Marcel. When Karen has a goal in mind, she really wants to achieve it and does a lot to achieve it.

Kristel is the tidy person in the shared apartment who also likes to keep control over everything, so she can take strict action from time to time. Like Karen, she likes soap operas and is Josje's neighbor. She also loves Bas and is friends with Rosie and Marcel. She is good at quiz games as she has great general knowledge.

Josje is very powerful. She lives in an apartment right next to Karen and Kristel. Like Kristel, she is not so skilled at hand. When she has an idea, she wants to carry it out and always does her best. She is the first to get to know Bas, and she loves him too. In contrast to the others, she has no other crush in the meantime. Like Kristel, she has a great deal of general knowledge and likes quizzes.

Bas is the Hübschling in the apartment building. He quickly became friends with Karen, Kristel and Josje. They also do things together on a regular basis, but mostly four of them do something because K3 have made the pact that none of the three is allowed to date him alone.

Rosie is the hostess of the Rozebottel. That is the meeting point of K3, Bas and Marcel. She is a hearty and understanding woman. She often makes jokes, some of which are cynical. Those are mostly directed against Marcel.

Marcel is a tenant in the same house as K3 and Bas. He's an old man who goes a little haphazardly through his life. He often seeks contact with Karen, Kristel and Josje. He often overestimates himself and thinks he can do pretty much anything and is reluctant to be taught. However, he is happy to assist K3. He has debts in the Rozebottel, which he is constantly pushing on. He owns a Siamese cat named Suzie.
