Hamburger bondage

The Hamburger Fessel is a combination of handcuffs and ankle cuffs , which are worn under clothing and therefore cannot be recognized as a bondage to outsiders. In this way, prisoners can be moved around in public without attracting attention.

The shackle consists of a pair of ankle cuffs and a pair of hand cuffs, which are connected by long chains.
