Spusu Challenge

Ten teams are represented in the second highest division, the spusu Challenge. The championship is divided into several phases. In the main round, all teams play a simple round trip against each opponent. After that, the league is divided into two groups.

The first five teams play in a further round-trip for a place in the semi-finals. The last five teams play against relegation, with the last two teams of the placement round playing a best-of-three series to stay up. The placement round is also played in a round trip.

Playoffs

The first five teams of the regular season play in a further round-trip round to participate in the semi-finals. The last five teams play against relegation, with the last two teams of the placement round playing a best-of-three series to stay up. The placement round is also played out in a round trip. Each team starts the playoff phase with the halved points of the regular season, uneven numbers are rounded up.

Spusu Challenge semifinals

For the semifinals, the first four teams of the top playoff are qualified. The first against the fourth and the second placed against the fourth. The knockout phase is carried out in best-of-three series, the winners play in the final for promotion to the spusu LIGA .
