In the 2013/14 season , the men's team made it to the handball league Austria by defeating medalp handball Tirol in the final of the handball Bundesliga Austria . In order to be prepared for the 2014/15 season in Austria's highest league, András Nagy and Christoph Svoboda brought two more players with HLA experience and moved for the home games from the Prandtauerhalle to the Lower Austria sports center, which should offer space for around 1,000 spectators. Relegation could not be achieved in the first season, so the Lower Austrians will take part in the Handball Bundesliga Austria again in 2015/16.
