Maximilian Wagner (born January 11, 1991 ) is an Austrian handball player .

Career

The 1.88 meter tall and 92 kilogram heavy cyclist played for HC Kärnten in his youth. During this time he was also called up to the selection of the Carinthian handball association and took part in various national tournaments with them. Even before reaching the age of majority, he made his debut in the combat team that took part in the HBA . With the 2010/11 season he moved to the Handball League Austria for SG Handball West Vienna for one year . From 2011 to 2014 he played again in the second highest division in Austria, but this time for WAT Fünfhaus. In 2014/15 the right-hander was under contract with UHK Krems . In 2015 Wagner moved to UHC Gänserndorf in the Handball Bundesliga Austria . Since 2016, the Carinthian has been playing for HC Kärnten again .
