The Hanhijärvi (literally "Gänsesee") is a lake in the Finnish countryside Savo .
It is located in the municipality of Enonkoski , 25 km north of the city of Savonlinna and covers an area of 4.28 km². It lies at an altitude of 87.7 m above sea level and is 17 m deep at its deepest point west of the island of Rusisaari . The largest islands are Suursaari (0.29 km²) and Rusisaari (0.24 km²).
