Athletic career

In 2018, Hanieh Samari became Iranian indoor champion over 800 meters and thus qualified for the Asian Indoor Championships in Tehran , where she finished fifth in the 800 meter run. She also took part in the 1500 meter competition, but had to end her run there prematurely.
