The Hanoverian annals for the entire medical science appeared from 1836 to probably 1847 as a journal . Whereas the Hahn's Hofbuchhandlung in Hannover laid Annals published periodically every two months to three months. In addition to medicine, the topics dealt with included medicine and health in particular .

For example, the periodical published by the Royal Hanoverian court advisor and personal surgeon Georg Philipp Holscher indicated "the doctors of our country" in 1843 that the " Hofmechanicus Hohnbaum " made various "rotary devices" for 7 to 8 Louis d'or .
