Hanns Fritzsche
Hanns Fritzsche (born March 24, 1902 in Dresden ; † 1939 ) was a German lawyer and notary . He was a member of the Saxon state parliament and the Academy for German Law and was a member of the management staff of the Association of National Socialist German Lawyers (BNSDJ) .
Life
Hanns Fritzsche attended the humanistic grammar school and then studied at the universities of Leipzig and Würzburg. In 1919 he joined a volunteer corps . In 1925 he was promoted to Dr. jur. doctorate and passed his second state examination in 1926. Since that time he has worked as a lawyer, initially at the Leipzig Regional and District Court, and from 1933 also as a notary. As a lawyer, he specialized in criminal law, enforcement and litigation.
He became a member of the staff of the Reich leadership of the legal department of the NSDAP. He also became the legal head of Saxony-Thuringia and in 1933 a member of the Saxon state parliament.
