Hans-Albrecht Koerner

Hans-Albrecht Körner (born May 9, 1926 in Goslar ; † November 4, 1990 ibid) was a Lower Saxony politician ( CDU ) and member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Körner attended elementary school and later the grammar school in Goslar. During the Second World War he was a member of the Navy between 1943 and 1945. He was taken prisoner by the English and attended school again after his release in autumn 1945. In 1946 he passed his Abitur. He then began a commercial apprenticeship in trade and industry. In 1949 he became the owner of a dental wholesaler in Goslar.

He was elected regional chairman of the Junge Union. He was also the second chairman of the Evangelical Working Group in the Braunschweig regional association. He was a member of the presidium and district manager for Lower Saxony in the Association of German Dental-Medical Wholesale. Körner was elected in the fifth electoral term as a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament from October 13, 1965 to June 5, 1967.
