Hans-Georg Lorenz (born April 15, 1943 in Berlin ) is a German lawyer and politician ( SPD ) and a former member of the Berlin House of Representatives .

biography

Hans-Georg Lorenz graduated from high school in 1963 and then studied law at the Free University of Berlin .

politics

Lorenz joined the SPD in 1961. In April 1979 he was a member of the Berlin House of Representatives until 2006, as a direct candidate in 2001 in the Spandau 2 constituency . From 1982 to 1987 he was district chairman of the SPD Spandau. Within the Berlin SPD , he belongs to the left-wing Thursday group.
