Hans-Gustav Klobeck

Hans-Gustav Klobeck (born March 29, 1954 - March 4, 2013 ) was a German molecular biologist and professor at the Adolf Butenandt Institute of the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . He started his doctorate in 1977/1978 and completed it in 1980 with the dissertation topic Structural investigations on chicken erythrocyte chromatin with the help of nuclease cleavage . In 1982 he finally came to the Adolf Butenandt Institute, where he worked until his death from heart failure. Klobeck researched the development of antibodies , in particular VDJ recombination .
