Hans-Heinrich Klemm

Hans-Heinrich Klemm (born January 25, 1930 in Harburg / Elbe ; † September 21, 2008 ) was a German CDU politician and member of the Hamburg Parliament .

First years

After graduating from high school in Hamburg-Bergedorf in 1948 , Hans-Heinrich Klemm completed a three-year commercial apprenticeship and then worked in commercial companies from 1951 to 1962. In 1962 he started his own business as a businessman in the wallpaper, paint and flooring industry. He became chairman of the Association of the Wallpaper Trade in Hamburg and a member of the plenum of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce .

Klemm was married and had two children.

politics

In 1965 he began his political activities for the CDU. From 1974 to 1974 he served as parliamentary group leader in the Hamburg-Bergedorf district assembly .

In April 1974, Klemm was elected as a member of the Hamburg parliament. He mainly worked in the non-partisan submissions committee and in the committee for food and agriculture and - as a representative - in the building committee.
