Hans-Jürgen Lichtenberg

Hans-Jürgen Lichtenberg (born January 19, 1940 in Essen ) is a German politician and former member of the state parliament ( CDU , thereafter non-attached).

Life and work

After attending school with the completion of high school , he studied in Cologne History and Political Science and a doctorate to Dr. phil. From 1962 to 1980 he was an officer in the German Armed Forces, most recently as a major .

He was a member of the CDU from 1959 until he left on December 10, 1993.

MP

From May 29, 1980 to May 31, 1995 Lichtenberg was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was elected from the CDU's national list.

He was a member of the city council of Wuppertal from 1975 to 1994.
